A transparent variation of the basalmico. Soft on the tongue.
This dressing has been prepared using the same process as the Balsamic vinegar of Modena, on a white vinegar basis. For this reason, it is popularly known as the crystal-clear version of Balsamic vinegar, and used as its substitute in many recipes, with the advantage of not colouring the dishes. It is a non-matured condiment, despite its remarkable sweetness. To be enjoyed on salads, grilled or cooked fish, meats and vegetables.
