Obtained from Balsamic vinegar of Modena. A thick sauce ready to use in the decoration of dishes or to give the final touches to meat or fish dishes, aged parmesan, grilled vegetables, desserts. Shake well before use.


Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP (Wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, cooked grape must) 61%, concentrated grape must 23,5%, sugar 11%, colour: caramel (E150d)* 4%, stabilizer: Xanthan gum (E-415) 0,5%. Contains sulphites.
