This cream is faithful to the taste and texture of fresh porcini mushrooms. It is ideal as a condiment for pasta, rice, meat, eggs and boiled vegetables, and is perfect for a risotto.


Porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis and relative) 75%, extra virgin olive oil, summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt) 3%, salt, aromatic herbs, spices, aroma.
