Tips for use

This traditional basil sauce, preserved in olive oil and salt, is as appetizing as it is decorative. It is delicious in pasta or in a salad and also perfumes very well the tarts salted and put in mouths.


Basil min 39%, olive oil min 20%, cashew nuts, sunflower seed oil, Grana Padano cheese P.D.O (milk, salt, rennet, lysozyme from egg), sugar,  Pecorino Romano cheese P.D.O (sheep milk, salt, rennet), pine nuts, garlic, acidity corrector: lactic acid.
