These delicate rillettes are a delight as an aperitif on fresh bread. To enhance the flavor of the scallop, sprinkle your toast with a touch of curry and chopped hazelnuts.

scallop 50% (Chlamys nobilis - from Pacific Ocean, or Chlamys opercularis from Scotland)*, cream, white fish fillet, fresh onions, salt, thickener: carrageenan (algae extract), butter, white wine (sulphites), carrots, milk protein, shallot, garlic. *According to seasons.
