To give a beautiful black colour (and a light iodized taste) to your favourite recipes.

Tips for use

Mix one to two teaspoons in 250 g drained pasta, rice, risotto, or in a sauce, for a dish with intense color and iodized taste.

squid ink 38%, water, salt, thickener: sodium carboxymethylcellulose. Contains molluscs. May contain traces of crustaceans, fish, celery and milk.
