Tips for use

This tasty golden soufflé, with a soft and fluffy texture, reveals the delicate taste of scallop. It is ideal for a light starter or a main dish with fresh bread, salad or rice. Uncap the jar and put it either in preheated oven (th. 7/8) for 10 to 15 min, or in the microwave for 1-2 min. Serve immediately.


Scallops (Chlamys nobilis: Origin Asia or Chlamys opercularis: origin Scotland)* 22 %, reconstituted skimmed milk, whole eggs and egg whites, butter, fresh cream, wheat flour, crab meat, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate and pyrophosphates), salt. *according to the season.
