Roquefort (blue cheese) Soufflé
A soft and airy texture, good cheese and real cream: it feels like home!
This golden soufflé, with a soft and fluffy texture, reveals the delicate taste of crab. It's ideal as an appetizer or served with salad or rice. Uncap the pot and put it in the preheated oven (th. 7/8) for 10/15 min, or in the microwave for 1/2 min. Serve immediately.
Reconstituted skimmed milk, butter, roquefort blue cheese 15%, egg whites, eggs, wheat flour, fresh cream, baking powder (pyrophosphate and sodium bicarbonate), salt.
