These plump mussels are marinated in Escabèche sauce, a slightly spicy and tangy cold marinade. Ideal for appetizers or in a rice salad!


Mussels (Mytilus galloprovincialis, Mytilus edulis) 60%, sunflower oil 23%, wine vinegar 16%, spices 0,5% and salt 0,5%.
