Tips for use

Hawaiian red salt is produced in the Hawaiian tradition: the salt is sun dried and then mixed with red clay, called Alaea. This volcanic soil gives it its beautiful fiery colour and high content of iron oxide. With its toasted hazelnut taste, it can be enjoyed with grilled meats and fish.


Sea salt 99%, red clay Alaea 1%.
