Tips for use

This Indonesian pepper has a distinctive taste. With a discreet aroma it has a strong and rich flavour. Its woody, spicy and lingering taste goes perfectly with roasted meats and fish. Also to be enjoyed on pasta and risottos or in sauces. Crush the lampong peppercorns with a pestle or in a mill before use.
