Camargue, wild territory in the south of France, is a regional park with an exceptional biodiversity. The fleur de sel from Camargue forms itself with the rise of temperature during summer season and is harvested by hand once a year. Rare, made of fine and crunchy sea salt crystals, it is best for sprinkling over a finished dish.
