Red Pesto and Ricotta

A pesto rosso which brings out the tomatoes, softened by the tenderness of a cheese soft like cream

Tips for use

This red pesto is made from fresh tomatoes, crushed walnuts, ricotta and seasoned with very fragrant Sicilian basil. As an aperitif, it is excellent on toast with anchovies or raw ham. It also goes perfectly in pasta or mixed with a salad dressing.

Ingredients

Tomato, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, basil, ricotta cheese (milk, salt) 8%, walnuts, garlic, wine vinegar, salt, hot pepper.

Allergen: cashew nuts, milk, pine nuts.
