Tips for use

This traditional basil sauce, preserved in olive oil and salt, is as appetising as it is decorative. It is delicious in pasta or in salad and also perfumes very well savoury tarts.


Basil min 39%, olive oil min 20%, cashew nuts, sunflower seed oil, Grana Padano cheese P.D.O (milk, salt, rennet, lysozyme from egg), sugar,  Pecorino Romano cheese P.D.O (sheep milk, salt, rennet), pine nuts, garlic, acidity corrector: lactic acid.
