Cold-pressed oil extracted from ripe olives pressed immediately after harvest. This variety of small olives is considered as the noble variety for the production of quality olive oil. Its name "Arbequina" pays tribute to the duke of Medinacelli who introduced this variety on the Iberian peninsula. This oil offer an exceptionnally fruity taste and a powerful aroma of fresh herb, artichoke and green almond, without any acidity or bitterness. This oil is delicious with tomatoas, eggs, fish dishes or simply on bread. It can replace butter in mashed potatoes.
