Green Selection: Cold-pressed oil extracted from green olives harvested in the early season and immediately pressed. It reveals light to medium level bitterness/pungency. Long-lasting and well distinguished vegetal aromas (artichoke, tomato, tomato plant). To be enjoyed especially with raw vegetables (tomato, cauliflower, carrots), green salads, fat fish, white meats and starchy food (potatoes, pasta, rice).
