Cold-pressed oil extracted from ripe olives pressed immediately after harvest. A soft oil in mouth, without bitterness or pungency. It reveals soft and subtle flavours like nuts, ripe fruits (pear), flowers, berries, citrus fruits... To be enjoyed especially with fish, white and red meat, raw and cooked vegetables.
