Fleur de sel from Guérande

Something to treasure, with its natural white colour. Harvested by hand, like the salt workers from Guerande did in the old days.

Tips for use

The fleur de sel from Guérande consists of naturally white crystals, formed on the surface of salt marshes. It is harvested by hand under specific weather conditions (wind, temperature, barometric pressure, etc.), which makes it a rare and sought after product.
Rich in trace elements and with a slight taste of violet, it enhances the taste of your dishes, just sprinkle at the end or after cooking, or with fresh raw vegetables.

Ingredients

100% sea salt.

Conservation
