This variety of small olives is the best one for the production of quality olive oil.
The name "Arbequina" is a tribute to the Duc of Medinacelli who introduced this variety on the Iberian peninsula.
This oil offers an exceptionally fruity taste and a powerful aroma of fresh herb, artichoke, and green almond, without any acidity or bitterness.
This oil is delicious with tomatos, eggs, fish dishes or just on bread. It can replace butter with mashed potatoes.
