An extremely gentle oil, free of vegetal aromas, without bitterness or pungency. Subtle aromas of black olive, chocolate, cocoa, smoke...
To be enjoyed especially with meats such as game and offal and with shellfish, and as a finishing touch on steamed vegetables.
