It's the greek version of the Tapenade, melting in the mouth, yet with a powerful aroma.

Tips for use

This black olive paste is a nice spread on toast as an aperitif, but can also spice up dish, such as pie, sandwich or savoury cake, etc. Serve at room temperature for optimum flavour.
