Crab Soufflé

A home-made recipe, fluffy and light to experience crab differently.

Tips for use

This golden soufflé, with a soft and fluffy texture, reveals the delicate taste of crab. It's ideal as an appetizer or served with salad or rice. Uncap the pot and put it in the preheated oven (th. 7/8) for 10/15 min, or in the microwave for 1/2 min. Serve immediately.


Cooked crab meat 27%, eggs and egg whites, reconstituted skimmed milk, butter, fish fillet, fresh cream, wheat flour, baking powder (pyrophosphate and sodium bicarbonate), salt.
