Tips for use

Their generous shapes, with their completely natural colouring, are made from durum wheat flour and offer an impeccable baking quality. Five perfectly identifiable flavours, spinach, turmeric, tomato, red beetroot and plain for dishes that are as delicious as they are brilliant. Their elbow shape and grooved surface retain sauces perfectly and are ideal for stuffing.

Preparation method: dip the pasta into boiling salted water. Leave to cook for 9 to 10 minutes. Drain.
