Traditional cooking: brown the mixture in a drizzle of oil. Gradually add 700 ml of water while mixing. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Suggestions: for a classic preparation, add 1/3 glass of white wine before adding the water. For a creamier texture, add butter or parmesan at the end of cooking time.
