Add lamb and some cooked vegetables (carrots, turnips, courgettes) for a Moroccan-inspired couscous! It can also be served as a salad, with oven-roasted vegetables, chickpeas and almonds. Empty contents of sachet into a mixing bowl. Add 170 ml of cold water mix well and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Spoon into golf-ball size nuggets and fry in hot oil for around 30 secs or until golden brown. Drain off excess oil and serve warm.
