Tips for use

Originating from the Middle East, falafels are to be enjoyed as a meal, accompanied by salad, raw vegetables or tabbouleh, with a yoghurt sauce with herbs or hot sauce. Fill in a flatbread (pita type) with tomato, onion, salad, falafels and sauce for a delicious vegetarian sandwich. You can also serve them as appetisers, with hummus or a sauce of your choice.
