Squid ink and turmeric tagliatelles

A unusual but natural black colouring and a hint of spice for this excellent and traditional Italian pasta

Squid ink and turmeric tagliatelles - 250 g

Tips for use

Bring to the boil 4 litres of water. Add 12 g of salt (optional) and put the pasta in it. Stir occasionally and light drain the pasta when cooked: 4 min. Serve with extra virgin olive oil, cheese or sauces.
