Beet & turmeric tagliatelles

Selected from the best locally made Italian pasta, with a twist: red beet and turmeric

Tips for use

Bring to the boil 4 litres of water. Add 12 g of salt (optional) and put the pasta in it. Stir occasionally and light drain the pasta when cooked: 4 min. Serve with extra virgin olive oil, cheese or sauces.
