4 goat cheeses (cabecou),
4 medium size slices of farmhouse bread,
4 tbsp. pitted black olives,
2 garlic cloves,
1 tbsp. olive oil,
Hollow out the tomatoes, cut them into cubes. Chop the olives and garlic. Mix it with tomatoes, add olive oil, a little salt and pepper.
Spread the bread slices with the preparation, drop a cabécou over and garnish with a few sprigs of rosemary.
Go grill 2 minutes, serve hot or warm.
