Espelette pepper purée
With vinegar and pulp of the pepper, this purée is intense and spicy. One of the best thing French Basque country can offer.
This typical puree of the French Basque country adds spice to dishes. It can be used like a mustard with grilled meat or in a mayonnaise, or to deglaze and marinate red meat. At the aperitif, mixed with cream cheese and chives it will accompany nicely crudités.
Espelette pepper PDO 96%, salt, vinegar. May contain sulfites.
