Espelette pepper purée
With vinegar and pulp of the pepper, this purÃ©e is intense and spicy. One of the best thing French Basque country can offer.
This typical puree of the French Basque country adds spice to dishes. It can be used like a mustard with grilled meat or in a mayonnaise, or to deglaze and marinate red meat. At the aperitif, mixed with cream cheese and chives it will accompany nicely crudités.
Espelette pepper PDO 96%, salt, vinegar. May contain sulfites.
