Tips for use

This typical puree from the Basquian Espelette region gives dishes a spicy sensation . It can be used as a mustard with grilled meat or mayonnaise, or used to deglaze and marinate red meats. As an aperitif, mix with a cream cheese and chives to accompany raw vegetables.
