Tips for use

The delicacy of asparagus enhanced by the intensity of the truffle. Warm the Mousseline in the microwave or bain-marie, to accompany fish and eggs. Also used in a verrine, decorated with shrimp.


Potatoes, asparagus 25%, fresh cream, butter, truffle-flavoured grape seed oil 2%, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum) 1,5%, asparagus juice 1%, sea salt from Guerande, sugar, thickener: carrageenan.
