A classic of French cuisine! This red wine sauce is ideal for grilled red meat: entrecote, tournedos or duck legs. A treat served with sautéed potatoes or mushrooms persillade.


Veal stock, Bordeaux red wine 26%, shallots 10%, butter, wheat flour, wine vinegar, salt, pepper, thyme, bay leaf. Contains sulphites.
