A classic of French cuisine! This red wine sauce is ideal for grilled red meat: entrecote, tournedos or duck legs. A treat served with sautéed potatoes or mushrooms persillade.

Ingredients: Veal stock, red wine 26% (sulphites), shallots 10%, butter, wheat flour, wine vinegar (sulphites), salt, pepper, thyme, bay leaf.
