A great classic revisited with sweet onions, simmered and lightly sweetened.
Made from a variety of sweet onions this confit is ideal for enhancing the flavour of a foie gras on a brioche bun. With a slightly lemony note, it fills the palate with a woody taste of chestnut and floral aromas. For all occasions, to accompany a hard-pressed cheese such as Comté or Parmesan.
