Tips for use

This creamy sauce with a delicate morel flavour sublimates your meat dishes. Traditionally served with veal dishes, its refined aroma is also a good match with any other white meat as well as beef patés or tournedos.


Veal stock*, fresh cream, mushrooms, butter, wheat flour, dried morels 1,7%, cognac, salt, pepper.
*Thickener: xanthan gum - E1422, lactose (milk), flavouring (gluten, soya), salt, tomato, onion, poultry fat, (antioxidant: E392), caramelized sugar, colourant: E150c, veal meat, (0.5%) (antioxidant: E320 – E310 – E330), aromatic plant, acidifier: tartaric acid, spicies.
