Originally from East Asia, yuzu is a citrus fruit with a tangy taste, between lime and mandarin. This original mustard matches perfectly with fish, shellfish and white meat, and goes hand-in-hand with crudités and sweet-sour vinaigrettes.

Mustard 97% (mustard seed, water, vinegar, salt, sugar, sodium acid sulphites), yuzu 3%, trace of yuzu essence.
