An organic product is issued from organic agriculture, an agriculture which respects the earth, animals, and thus people. Its objective is to produce pollutant-free foodstuffs in a manner respectful of the environment: - the products are cultivated without artificial fertilizers or chemical products -organic production operators are certified and undergo regular controls by an independent organism officially recognized by the Minister of Agriculture. When buying Organic you are guaranteed: -that controls and regulations with respect to the sale of all foodstuffs have been respected - The additional guarantee that regulations concerning organic production have been respected throughout the whole process of the product’s fabrication: production, processing, packaging, transportation, and distribution. - A solid account is taken at each step of the way.

Argan oil comes from fruit of the Argan tree, a survivor of the tertiary age which grows wild on the semi-arid foothills of the Moroccan Atlas mountains. Their habitat is classified as a “Biosphere Reserve” by UNESCO.
Rape is a plant rich in oils in the cabbage family. Organic rapeseed or canola oil is the healthiest of oils given its high content of linolenic acid, the most hard-to-come-by of the essential fatty acids. Linolenic acid or W3 can not be produced by our bodies even though it is essential to the healthy function of our organism. It contains other fatty acids in their ideal proportions suited for our daily needs.
The Cretans, the most ancient of all oil producers in the world, by respecting their Minoan heritage, have protected their olive cultures from insecticides and other harmful chemical substances : they have preserved the oils from all chemical intervention.
